I’ve managed day-to-day accounts and overseen the wider finance function, including payroll, reconciliations and management reporting.

Can we outsource the whole finance function?
Yes. We can run the day-to-day function, from bookkeeping and accounts payable and receivable to payroll, management reporting, cash planning and process oversight. We agree the full scope and who approves payments, filings and other decisions before we begin.
Can we start with just one thing?
Yes. We can start with a specific responsibility, such as reconciliation or payroll, or agree a connected group of tasks. The scope can grow as your business needs change.
Can you work alongside our accountant?
Yes. We can organise the day-to-day records, reporting and processes around your existing accountant. We agree who is responsible for what, including the information and handover they need.
How are fees agreed?
Your quote is bespoke. The business examples give an idea of starting fees, but you do not need to fit a package. We look at the work and level of support you need, then agree the scope and monthly fee upfront. Any catch-up or initial setup is quoted separately.
What happens when we first speak?
